Corrections Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

FlyFono aims to publish accurate, current and practical travel information. Travel rules, prices, schedules and services can change quickly, so we welcome clear reports of possible errors.

How to report an error

Please use the Contact page and include the page URL, the information you believe is incorrect, and a reliable supporting source when available. Please do not include sensitive personal or booking information.

How we review reports

We check the relevant passage against primary or authoritative sources whenever possible. We also consider the date, destination, traveler nationality and other context that may explain apparently conflicting information.

How corrections are handled

Confirmed factual errors are corrected as soon as practical. Minor spelling, grammar or formatting fixes may be made without a public note. When a correction materially changes the advice, conclusion or safety implications of an article, we update the content and its visible modified date and may add a short correction note.

If information cannot be verified immediately, we may add a clarification, limitations notice or temporary warning while further checks are completed.

Updates are not always corrections

A rule, price or service may change after an article was accurate. In that case we update the page to reflect the new information. This is treated as a normal update unless the previous wording was misleading when published.

Editorial independence

Correction decisions are based on evidence. Affiliate relationships, advertisers and commercial partners do not receive special control over FlyFono’s conclusions or correction process.
